All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of HubCity.ai and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Custom AI solutions built for clients become the client's property upon full payment, as specified in individual client agreements.
4. Confidentiality
HubCity.ai treats all client information as strictly confidential. We sign mutual NDAs with all clients before accessing any proprietary business data. We never use client data to train AI models for other clients or share client information with third parties without explicit consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
HubCity.ai's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI systems can produce unexpected outputs; clients are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before use.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
